Learning Takeaways From Today's MRM Session

1) Honest Reflection
- Make a list of table with 4 columns (WORK, Personal, Things not to Do, Habits to Focus on)
- Write down a one thing on which You will Take Massive Actions on Bringing Qualify  of Life in this week 
(BODY, Mind, Relationship, World Around Me)
- Managing Money (Write Down in a Table with Date, Expense Details, Amount you Spent on that Day, Have a Weekly Balance Sheet)

2) Plan Your DOTFM, DOTFW, DOTFS & Visualize Your Entire Time Table.
Its okay even if you don't achieve your 100% Time Table, But stick to write it and follow it.

3) Pray to god and Universe 
to bless all the amazing people who serve country
(Farmers, Doctors, Soldiers, Indian Army, Parents, 
Relatives, Teachers, Mentors, Gurus and Yourself)

Silence Meditation - Focus on Your Breath, Sit Relaxed.

4) Write a Beautiful Love Letter with all your small wins and Big wins
Have Self Talk.
15 mins Dance for Energy Boosting.

5) Real Life Story of Anisha 
Life is Unpredictable. What Happens Next Moment No one Knows.
Give Your 100% Best, Spend your Quality Time with Family, and Stop Complaining

6) Gratitude & Forgivenes
Gratitude, Self Love, Forgivenes are the Best Medicines for ALL Mind Problems.
If you are getting stuck in work, Change  your state of Mind with these techniques.

Its easy to stay positive in Good Time, 
but How you sustain with your positivity in your tough time is really Matters.
