Learnings from MRM - 12th August, 2021

1. Teach Gratitude Excercise to your kid on a daily basis.
Never use mobile phone when you are with your kids, 
they will inculcate the attitude from you.

2. Be grateful 

2. Think about the person you are jealous of and
 then meet him/her to share your feelings and apologized for that.

3. Amol Sir will send 30mins *Learning Video* everyday starting
 from *16th Aug 2021 MON .* 

4.Finish reading book *The Secret* by this week.

5. Deep Gratitude Excercise 

6. OM chanting Excercise 

7. Mirror Affirmations and Incantations 

8. Love Letter writing 

 *DOTFS* :
Spend some quality time with my daughter,
Eat Healthy and avoid surgery foods,
30mins Walk and do 25 sets of Surya Namaskar,
Continue reading,
Article writing.
