5 Min Early Morning WORKOUT: New


You should always remember your Mission Statement. 
Even if some one ask you in the late night what's your mission, you should be able to explain it in detail.

Silence
Focus on your Present Breath. Inhale, Hold and Exhale. Have a Sip of Water.

Prayer
Pray to God and Pray to Universe to give a lot of strength, abundance, Happiness, wisdom and Success to all the farmers with the help of whom we are eating meals everyday, to all the doctors with the help of whom we are healthy, to all the soldiers (our Indian Army) with the help of whom we are Safe and Secure.

Gratitude
Be Grateful and Be Thankful to GOD AND UNIVERSE for giving you new Life, New Birth, Parents, Family, Neighbors, Relatives, Friends, Teachers, Gurus, Mentors, All your Basic Necessities like Food, Clothes, Shelter, Bed that you sleep, Mobile, Laptop, Job that you have, Salary that you get every month, Money in your bank account., All the Body Parts. Send them your Blessings, Send them your LOVE.
Share LOVE, CARE, COMPASSION towards all the people who helped you. 

Journaling
Write all the things that you are grateful for starting from your childhood (Birth, Crawling, walking, learning alphabets, drawings, arts, education, job, marriage, kids) to till now.

Exercise
Do 100 Jumping Jacks or 200 Jumping jacks.
Boost Your Energy.
Dance
Release all your stress and pressures.
Dance like a Kid, Enjoy the Music. 
Say to Yourself 
I am the Legend
I am Born to WIN
I am Born to Succeed
I am born to make difference

Spread your arms to the sky and say Love You Zindagi.
HOW IS THE JOSH?
Meditation

Repeat this statement Before you do meditation for 3 times:
I am completing 10 minutes of Meditation without any distractions, Without any thoughts. I am Laser Focused. Visualize you have completed 10 minutes meditation without any deviations, how you would feel? and then Chant OM mantra for 10 minutes.
Once you had completed the Meditation, 
Observe your Body, you might get some sensations. Do not react, Just Observe them
Perform Evening Rituals:
Commit Yourself I am going to wake up early morning and be committed to attend MRM before 5 AM.
Practice Meditation before you are going to sleep. Just Observe your Body Sensations.
BE Grateful for all the great things happened in the Day.

Assignment for the upcoming 14 Days:

[21-12-21 to 05-01-22]

Purchase a small Spiral notes and capture all your thoughts in writing. 

Keep that book in your pocket or wallets and Carry that book wherever you go.

AHA MOMENTS OF THE DAY:

  • Remember the Rituals that you do whenever you are LOW.
  • Record your affirmations in your own voice and listen it again and again.
  • Recollect all your thoughts and capture them into your scribble book.
  • The Purpose of Life is So Simple:
    • To work on myself, 
    • TO grow 1% Everyday, 
    • To Help and Serve People with my knowledge and Wisdom.
  • I am Imperfect that's Perfectly Perfect.
