Learning from the Motivation Video
- There is always bigger mountain to climb.
- Imagine a Video game of infinity levels:
- Once you win one level, you will unlock a new level, New Challenges.
- Ask yourself:
- Can my Health be better? and how?
- Can my Relationships be better? and how?
- Until that day I Grew, I will not stop.
- What if I grow Everyday?
- What areas of my life can be better ?
- Push Yourself Everyday than that of what you done previous day.
- Realize that you have potential as unlimited.
What is the One thing that you need to have Balanced Life?
ENERGY
WHY 90 Days? - To make Commitment that we want to change our self in all aspects of Life.
Early Morning, Focus on incoming Breath and outgoing breath for 2 minutes. Inhale from your Nose, Hold your breath for few seconds and exhale from your mouth.
Prayer, WHY? - To seek Focus, Energy, Positivity.
Pray to God and Pray to Universe to give a lot of strength, Abundance, Happiness and Wisdom to all the Great people who are giving amazing service to the world. Pray for Farmers, Doctors, our Indian Army (Soldiers), Our Second GOD (PARENTS), all Teachers, Mentors, Gurus and Finally Pray for Yourself. Commit to God, Commit to Universe. I am going to take 100% Responsibility of Myself.
Pledge - WHY? - To Commit ourselves for the Achievements.
I pledge, I will not allow my low self Esteem, Self Limiting Beliefs or the Negativity of Others to prevent me from achieving my authentic goals and from becoming the person I meant to be.
Gratitude - WHY? - To be grateful for all the things that we have.
Thank you so much GOD and Thank You so Much Universe
Let us be Grateful and Let us be thankful for New Life, New Birth and New Day, Parents, Beautiful Family, Awesome Body parts and all the great things that you have in your LIFE, Send them Your Love.
Exercise - WHY? - To Boost your Inner Energy.
All the newly joined Legends, Let us Do 50 Jumping Jacks and for all the consistent MRM Legends, Let us do 200 Jumping jacks and boost our Energy.
Dance - WHY? - To release your stress.
Keep saying YES and keep reminding your mind, I am the Legend. I am born to win, I am born to succeed, I am born to make difference.
Affirmations - WHY? - To feed positivity into mind.
Do with emotions, Feelings and certainty.
While doing this, it is recommend to do it in front of Mirror.
- I Love Myself.
- I am the Greatest.
- I am freaking awesome.
- I am Fearless and Powerful.
- I am always Smiling Healthy Energetic Fit Active.
- I am world class.
- I am always truthful positive and helping others.
- I can do anything through god and universe who strengthens me.
- I am the Best.
Self Love - WHY? - To love ourselves unconditionally.
Imagine you are proposing yourself.
Take your beautiful Name, and keep saying I LOVE YOU.
Hug yourself and Give kiss to yourself, Take Your beautiful Name, and Say I LOVE YOU.
Feel the Love and say to yourself Love you Zindagi.
Goal Writing Format: - WHY? - To remind why we wake up.
I am so happy and grateful that my goal of DOTFM(Do one thing for this month) has manifested easily before (Date) & (Time) by the great blessings of god and universe. So be it. So be it. So be it. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.

Write down all the things that you have in your life and grateful for in the gratitude Journal.
Write down all the great achievements that you love for in the Self Love Journal.
Write down Monthly Goal in your Goal Writing Journal. DO NOT Change Goal Format.
6 Jars Money System - WHY? - To manage our Weal
Use 6 Money Jars for Money management.
55% Necessities, 10% long term, 10% Education, 10% Financial, 10% Play & Fun, 5% Give.
As you earn your monthly salary or daily income, Fill it out with more and more.
Aha Moments of the Day
- Remember YOUR WHY before doing any thing.
- Have your dinner by 9:30 pm. Go to Sleep Early.
- Do not watch Mobile in the night time.
- Don't fall into Instant Gratifications.
- Avoid Spending More time in Social Media.
I commit at the great start that I remain committed, consistent to achieve goal.
