3) Progressive Exercise Challenges

1.Visit a physician on videocall and start medication
2. Do not go to hospital unless absolutely necessary
3. Take steam
4. Gargle with alcohol based solution, hot water (to contain, neutralise virus in throat itself)
5. Take steam (preferably pure steam, don't add anything)
6. Keep pulsemeter with you to check reading, have glucometer
7. Day5 of covid, if you feel heavy chest, go for tests
8. Most important, breathe, do yogic breathing
9.Have hot food and hot water intakes (how much your throat and mouth can bear)

1) Do Exercises of Taking Mucus out
By Pressing Tummy with pressure,
inclined goggling.
2) If HRCT scan scales
0-9 - less severe
9-19 - Moderate
19-25 - severe
3) Mentally, visualise the part where it is impacted and
tell yourself i am commanding my body
to obey me
and start healing itself
4) One Year MRM helped me in sustain from this pandemic
