control your anger, selfish  attitude, 
limit your  desire, take actions,  
whatever happens it is for good.
Become fearless of death, don't  have self doubt.

Prayer

Chant Gayathri mantra for 3 times.
Feel the Silence, Peace, Bliss. Smile with gratitude
What you want from this day? 
What is your definition of your perfect day?
Plan your day and set your intentions.
What do you want Nature to do for you today?
Ask, It shall be given unto you.
What is that one character that you want to change in yourself?

Ask Yourself
What I do want to most cultivate today?
it can be patience,  confident, kindness.
Progress on something that you are aligned with in your life.
Which Quality you want to cultivate? say yourself as
Today, I am going to be Kind. 
Just be clear and ask, Take action in that direction.


Gratitude
Put your hand on your beating heart and feel the heartbeat.
Be thankful for your heart and say thanks for being so loyal. 
It started beating from your birth and never stopped.
Hug yourself gently and feel your body.
Be thankful for all your body and systems of the body.
Be thankful for the nature for sustaining life of you.
put your fingers on eyebrows and be thankful for your inner conscious
Feel that You are a part of the whole universe. 
Be thankful for your parents, your spouse, Your children and all your family. 
Look into eyes of your mother and father, express your gratitude.
You might have conflicts, misunderstandings, 
arguments and differences in mind. But its okay. 
Life extends to you through your children and their children.
Be thankful for you are alive today.
Be happy for we all together today.
Be thankful for mentor, money, prosperity, 
sources of income, assets of your home.
Say Thank you to God for whatever you have.
God will gives to the one who give back to society.
Ask God, Just be with me. That's enough. You are Enough.
You can rewrite Destiny. Ask GOD to give you Clarity.
Be thankful to the soldiers, Farmers, servants, 
facilities, persons around you, water from the tap.
Pay with Gratitude, and pray to money as
Money please go to that needy person as he need your support.
BE thankful for all the prosperity. (Japanese - Arigato)

Journaling

Go through all 30 goals. Revise the Dream Life Session and fill it out again.
What are your top 3 Goals set for year 2022?
Beside your goal - write your WHY? what is the price & sacrifice of it?
Please make vision board and set all the images that fits your goals
Images are better than the words. Awareness is the primary step.
Every action will have a Reaction. Every intention will have a consequence.
What are 3 characters which makes you feel proud in the past? Identify.
Make a Bucket list of 10 places you want to go in the Year 2022?
If GOD gives you a power to change one thing in your life, 
What is the ONE Thing that you want to change ?

Exercise
Do 100 Jumping Jacks + 200 Jumping jacks and Boost your energy.

Visualization
Close your eyes, just Stand Still, Relax your body.
Feel the sensations in your entire body.
Be Mindful of your body. Breathe slowly.
Imagine you are meditating under open sky.
Smile softly. Feel the grace of God, Protection of Nature towards you.
See Money is raining from the sky onto you..
See the color of notes, Pink color Rs 2000 notes, Gray color Rs 500 notes
See the smell of your money. Imagine yourself of helping people with the money.
God gives to the people who gives back. 
See the expressions in the people whom you are helping.
How your skills can be helpful to others? it can bring small impact. see that.
See yourself as being gentle, kind and doing random act of kindness
just to make them smile. Share your act of kindness in the comments.

Powerful Belief Installation
Every situation contains God's Blessings. I experience it when I look for it.
Happiness needs no reason, And I am happy without any reason.
My Intentions, Thoughts, Emotions and Actions creates my Life and destiny.
Make your fist so tight and keep saying I am the Legend. 
Nobody can stop me achieving my goals in the year 2022.

Few Lessons from Srimad Bhagawad Geeta
Let us analyse the situation of Arjuna before the geeta 
and for his dilemma, how he transformed from confusion to clarity.
 
First statement Bhagwan in the geeta says as BE FEARLESS. 

कुतस्त्वा कश्मलमिदं विषमे समुपस्थितम् |
अनार्यजुष्टमस्वर्ग्यमकीर्तिकरमर्जुन || 2.2||
How come this dirtiness entered in your mind ?
This is not good in this hard time.

क्लैब्यं मा स्म गम: पार्थ नैतत्त्वय्युपपद्यते |
क्षुद्रं हृदयदौर्बल्यं त्यक्त्वोत्तिष्ठ परन्तप || 2.3||
This is not good for you. Remove all your fears. You should be fearless. 

वासांसि जीर्णानि यथा विहाय
नवानि गृह्णाति नरोऽपराणि |
तथा शरीराणि विहाय जीर्णा
न्यन्यानि संयाति नवानि देही || 2.22 ||
Soul is like a Changing of clothes

देहिनोऽस्मिन्यथा देहे कौमारं यौवनं जरा |
तथा देहान्तरप्राप्तिर्धीरस्तत्र न मुह्यति || 2.13 ||
Soul changes body as similar as 
our body changes from childhood, young, old age.

Goal Writing 
हतो वा प्राप्स्यसि स्वर्गं जित्वा वा भोक्ष्यसे महीम् |
तस्मादुत्तिष्ठ कौन्तेय युद्धाय कृतनिश्चय: || 2. 37 ||
Either win or lose, Fight with determination

यदा संहरते चायं कूर्मोऽङ्गानीव सर्वश: |
इन्द्रियाणीन्द्रियार्थेभ्यस्तस्य प्रज्ञा प्रतिष्ठिता || 2.58 ||
Control your senses by learning from the Tortoise. 

असंशयं महाबाहो मनो दुर्निग्रहं चलम् |
अभ्यासेन तु कौन्तेय वैराग्येण च गृह्यते || 6.35 ||
Repetition is the mother of All learning. 
I agree, Controlling the Mind is so tough.
Practice and Renunciation of Results makes progress.

कर्मेन्द्रियाणि संयम्य य आस्ते मनसा स्मरन् |
इन्द्रियार्थान्विमूढात्मा मिथ्याचार: स उच्यते || 3.6 ||
Do not judge the cover by the Outer Appearance.

श्रद्धावान् लभते ज्ञानं तत्पर: संयतेन्द्रिय: |
ज्ञानं लब्ध्वा परां शान्तिमचिरेणाधिगच्छति || 4.39 ||
Those whose faith is deep and who have practiced 
controlling their mind and senses attain divine knowledge. 
Through such transcendental knowledge, 
they quickly attain everlasting supreme peace.

तुल्यनिन्दास्तुतिर्मौनी सन्तुष्टो येन केनचित् |
अनिकेत: स्थिरमतिर्भक्तिमान्मे प्रियो नर: || 12.19 ||

Those who considers two aspects of life,
praise (Sthuti - appreciation) and reproach (Ninda - criticism) as same,
whose intellect is firmly fixed with Me, 
those persons are very dearer to me.
