What are your top 3 goals?
If you do not achieve them, what will happen to you.
If the consequences of your goal failure is not pinching your heart 
then you are not going to achieve that goal.
If Money has taken care (by GOD), 
what will you do? How do you spend your day?
What are 3 tasks that you planned for today?
What are 3 good things happened in the last month made you happy?
What are you passionate about?
By doing what activity you lose track of time?
Write a self Love letter to yourself  and to your spouse? 
(if you are single, do it for your upcoming life partner)

Exercise
Do 100 Jumping jacks and 200 Jumping jacks in a go,
 and boost your energy.

Learn How to Dance 
Hum any song
that you are comfortable

7 Chakra Healing
Let the ball of light moves from the Center of Earth 
to your feet, thighs, and slowly correspondingly towards
Muladhara chakra, Swadishtana Chakra, Manipura Chakra, 
Anahata Chakra, Vissudhi Chakra, Ajna Chakra, 
Sahasrara Chakra, and then visualize 
it moves on from the center of Sahasrara chakra to the center of sky.
Chant the sounds and feed yourself with positive affirmations.
LAM  - Muladhara chakra - I am Powerful
VAM - Swadhistana Chakra - I am Pure 
RAM - Manipura Chakra - I am Happy
YAM - Anahata Chakra - I am Lovely
AAM - Vishudhi Chakra - I am Peaceful
HMM - Ajna Chakra - I am Intelligent
AUM - Sahasrara Chakra - I am Blissful
