Write a self Love letter to yourself and to your spouse?
(if you are single, do it for your upcoming life partner)

Do 100 Jumping jacks and 200 Jumping jacks in a go,
and boost your energy.

7 Chakra Healing
Let the ball of light moves from the Center of Earth
to your feet, thighs, and slowly correspondingly towards
Muladhara chakra, Swadishtana Chakra, Manipura Chakra,
Anahata Chakra, Vissudhi Chakra, Ajna Chakra,
Sahasrara Chakra, and then visualize
it moves on from the center of Sahasrara chakra to the center of sky.
Chant the sounds and feed yourself with positive affirmations.

RAM - Manipura Chakra - I am Happy
YAM - Anahata Chakra - I am Lovely
