You have everything in your heart to transform.
Average to Amazing, Laziness to Legendary.
Persevere and WIN. Hard work pays off.
Amongst the stars, never stop believing in yourself.

The purpose of life is 
Work on Yourself,
Grow 1% everyday
Help others by your knowledge, wisdom.

Silence
Be quiet, Be calm, Be alert, Be attentive, 
Be balanced, Be equanimous, Be Focused.
Inhale, Hold your breath and Exhale for 2 minutes.

Prayer
Pray to God and Pray to Universe to give lot of strength, Abundance, Happiness, wisdom, Great health and Success to all the farmers, doctors, 
Parents, family, relatives, Teachers, mentors and finally to you.

Gratitude
Let us be grateful and thankful to God and Universe 
for a new day, new life, New Birth,
 Parents, beautiful Family, Friends, 
Relatives, Teachers, Mentors, 
Failures, Awards, Recognitions, Challenges, 
Remember NOTHING IS PERMANENT. 
Even Success or Failure will go in some time.
Be thankful for all your Body Parts.
Be thankful for all the things in your Home.
Write down the list of gratitude in your gratitude journal.

Aana Paana Meditation 
(Day 1 of Vipassana Meditation - 
follow the instructions in any language 
that you are comfortable with)
or
Focus on the entrance of the nostrils like a gatekeeper.
Remain Constantly Aware of Every Breath coming in 
and Every Breath Going out.
Natural breath, Normal breath, as it is. 
If its long/short, passing through left or right nostrils, 
ignore it, Do nothing, just remain aware.
Remain Alert, Attentive, Vigilant.

Bhavathu Sabba Mangalam
May ALL BEINGS BE HAPPY.
Sadhu, Sadhu, Sadhu
So Be It, So Be It, So Be It.

Exercise
Do 100 + 200 Jumping jacks to boost up your energy.

Dance
Dance like mad and relax yourself releasing all your stress.

State Management
Come into beautiful state using I am the Legend, 
Keep saying Yes, I am the Legend, I am born to win, 
I am born to succeed, I am born to make difference.
 and feeling the Love of Life using Love you Zindagi.
Spread your Happiness and Love with lot of feelings.
Share your Love, Compassion and Happiness.

Recite National Anthem and show the respect to our Country.
