Scan your entire body starting from tip of the head to tip of the toe

and feel thankful for each and every body part.

Be grateful for Watchman, Servants and all the people who served you

Life is like ECG. Embrace your Failures.

I am imperfect that perfectly perfect

Visualize that your Family is united and feel the Love.

There are no more family fights. Feel it.


Forgiveness

Drop all your negative emotions using Forgiveness

Forgive others for yourself

Take the name of the person, and

keep saying

I FORGIVE YOU.

Have awareness State

when you want to  shout at someone

remember Gratitude and Forgiveness

Start your day with right intentions.

Do your Gratitude exercise with belief.

State Management
Bring your inner child out, 
and Change your state of body. 
Do masti (FUN), keep Smiling.
Spend your early morning with yourself

Exercise
Do stretching exercise
and 100 JJ + 30 seconds rest
100 JJ + 5 Surya Namaskars
+ 5 Pushups

Healthy Exercise Challenges - Siddharth Rege
do 30 Knees up warm up

Touch your hands to your feet for 30 times.

Slide towards one side and other side for 40 rounds.

Touch the toe and see the sky. for 30 rounds.

Bend forward and backward. for 20 times.

Keep Hands on neck and Do super brain yoga (30 times)

Super Brain Yoga with complete sit and stand (20 times)

Imagine as spiderman and do it for 40 rounds.

Stretch your one feet on the floor at a time. (40 rounds)

Know your Pulse rate count 
with the help of two fingers on throat for 1 min

Do 80 Star Jumping Jacks (4th jack Rise High)

Cross Legged Toe touch (30 times)

Shoulder Stretch Exercise (30 seconds each)

Anapana Meditation
Entire focus should be on your nose.
Don't react, Don't get frustrated.
Let the flow of thoughts come
Your intention is to bring back the 
focus of your breath on your nose.
Be alert, Attentive, focused, Balanced, Equanimous

Goal Writing
Write your DOTFM, DOTFW, DOTFS in detail
No Planning = No success 

Consistency comes from Authenticity,

as well as Plan without actions 
will not give you 100% results.

CONSISTENCY is the KEY 
to play a LONG TERM GAME.
