Silence
Focus on your Breath for 2 mins
Take a deep breath, Inhale from your nose
hold your breath for few seconds,
and exhale from your mouth.
Be attentive, Be alert and Vigilant

Prayer 
Pray to God and Universe to give all the beautiful people who are rendering wonderful services to the Society and Nation
Pray to farmers, doctors, health care workers, our Indian Army, Parents, Each and every family member, neighbors, relatives, Angels in your life like Teachers, Friends, Mentors, gurus, Colleagues and finally to the most important person in the world. that is Pray for Your self.  Pray to God and Pray to Universe to give all these people lot of strength, abundance, happiness, wisdom, great health and success. Send them your blessings, send them Your Love.
Take an Oath. You are going to take 100% responsibility for your actions.
You are going to chase your Dreams.  You are going to rock in this year 2022.

Visualization
Visualise your Entire life in all the key spokes of Life.
 Feel the positivity and growth of your life in all key spokes such as Health, Intellectual you are growing everyday, you become Emotional strong, you built a world class Character, you are living your purpose ful Life, and you became laser focused with the help of Spiritual Life, Love & Relationships, Career - You and your colleagues or your team add value to your organisation, Financial (6 Jar Money management system), Social Life (Friends, Network) 
and Parenting (Role Model for the children).
Visualise your Dream Home, dream car, and feel that 
You and your family members are all going for a dream trip together, eating together and sharing your happiness.

Gratitude
Thank you so much God and Thank You so much Universe 
for giving me a new Day, New Life, New Birth, Parents (Your Mom, your dad, whatever we all are today, it's all because of them), Family, all the friends, Neighbors, Teachers, Gurus, Mentors, All the moments of your Life starting from your Childhood to till now, Your Entire Body parts, All the things in your home starting from Bed where you sleep, Dining table where you and your family members eat together, Car that you have, job, salary, money in your bank, Failures, struggles, challenges in your Life. Life is like an ECG.
You need to enjoy both the ups and downs.
Say to yourself, I am imperfect and that's perfectly perfect.
Be grateful for all the moments of life like your childhood, the moment that you came into this beautiful world, crawling, walking, learning alphabets, slam book where your friends shared beautiful memories, school life, your achievements, your college life, first job offer letter, Your spouse, life partner, kids, that you play with. Relationship is all about caring each other.


Forgiveness
Do not carry your negative emotions for long time.
Take the person or situation and keep saying

Feel the light of Love, abundance, Happiness, positivity flows 
in your life and to all your family and surrounded people.

Write down all the things that you are grateful for.

State Management 
Come into beautiful state of mind by exercise and dance

Exercise
Do 100 Jumping jacks in two sets and boost your energy.
Dance like a mad and release all your stress.

Love you zindagi.

Self Love
Feel that you are in a candle light dinner with yourself
and start proposing yourself.
Take your beautiful name and keep saying 
I LOVE YOU.
As today is Hug Day
Feel that you hug yourself with intense Love
and feel the love that you shower on yourself 
and visualise the delicious dinner that you had in that candle light dinner.

Mirror Affirmations

Journaling
Write down all the greatest moments of your Life.


Goal Writing
Write your DOTFM, DOTFW, DOTFS and 
your timetable in 4 slots. Plan your day before your day plans you.

Anapana Meditation

Say to yourself, I am going to complete 10 mins of meditation without any thoughts, without any distractions.
I am laser focused. Your entire focus should be on your nostrils,
And be Focused on your breath.

Installation of Powerful Belief Installation into Your Subconscious Mind
Happiness needs no reason
